Microsoft Teams

Post a card to a Microsoft Teams channel for every submission.

How it works#

Microsoft Teams is a credential-based connector — paste a channel's Incoming Webhook URL and each completed submission posts as a card, with the answers laid out as a clean name/value table.

Connect Teams#

  1. In Teams, open the target channel → ⋯ → Connectors (or Workflows).
  2. Add an "Incoming Webhook", name it, and copy the URL it generates.
  3. In Halloform, open your form's Integrations, choose Microsoft Teams, and paste the URL. We send a test card on connect so you'll see it appear in the channel.
