Team & workspaces
Organize your account into workspaces, invite teammates, and control who can do what with roles.
Orgs & workspaces#
Your account is an organization, and an organization holds one or more workspaces. Workspaces group related forms — for example one per client, team, or project. Members and their forms live inside workspaces.
Unlimited team members and workspaces are included on every plan, including Free.
Invite members#
Organization admins invite people by email. If the person doesn't have an account yet, the invite waits and applies automatically once they sign up. After they're in the org, add them to specific workspaces and pick their role there.
Organization roles#
- Admin — manages the whole org: invites and removes members, creates and deletes workspaces, and handles billing.
- Member — works in the workspaces they've been given access to.
Workspace roles#
- Admin — manages the workspace (rename, delete, add/remove members, change member roles) and can do everything a Member can. The person who creates a workspace is its admin.
- Member — builds, edits, publishes, and deletes forms, and views and exports submissions.
A workspace always keeps at least one admin — you can't remove the last one until you've promoted another member.
