What is Halloform?#

Halloform is a multi-tenant form builder. You design a form on a visual canvas, publish it to a stable public URL, and collect submissions that you can view, filter, route to Google Sheets, or send out as webhooks.

What it's good at#

• Customer-facing forms (intake, payment, application).
• Multi-page flows with conditional jumps.
• Calculations across answers via variables — totals, scores, branching values.
• Connecting submissions to spreadsheets or backends without writing glue code.
