Google Calendar

Create a calendar event for every submission — date, time, and location pulled from the answers.

How it works#

Google Calendar is an OAuth connector. Once you authorize it, every completed submission adds one event to your calendar — useful for bookings, appointments, and site visits where each response is something you need on your schedule.

Connect Google Calendar#

  1. Open your form's Integrations tab and choose Google Calendar.
  2. Authorize Halloform on Google's consent screen — this grants only the calendar.events permission, so your other Google connections (like Sheets) are untouched.
  3. You're returned with the integration enabled on your primary calendar — there's no separate destination-picking step.
If Google Calendar doesn't appear or the authorize step is rejected, your Google Cloud OAuth consent screen needs the calendar.events scope enabled — a one-time owner-only setup.

What gets created#

Halloform auto-detects the event's date, time, and location from the answers (a Date field, a Time field, and an Address or location-labelled field), and drops the full submission into the event description. You can adjust the event title, duration, time zone, and target calendar in the integration's settings.
