End pages

Design the thank-you screen respondents see after submitting — a message, a resubmit button, an emailed copy, or a redirect.

Page or redirect#

Every form ends on an End page. In its ending settings, choose what happens after submit: "Page" shows the blocks on the canvas as a thank-you screen, or "Redirect" sends respondents straight to an external URL. The thank-you screen is built from blocks you drag on from the palette, so you can tailor exactly what a respondent sees.

The end page can also fire a celebration when the respondent lands — toggle it and pick Classic, Fireworks or Balloons in the ending settings. If quiz mode is on, a Quiz Summary is added here too.

Thank-you message#

The Message block is your outcome message — a themed circle icon, a heading and subtext. Edit the heading and subtext right on the canvas (they resolve @-mentions, so you can echo an answer back), and set the icon and its colour in the property panel.

You can place more than one Message block and gate each with a Visibility condition — handy for different outcomes like pass vs fail, or booked vs declined. Pick a positive icon (tick, party, heart) or a negative one (cross, warning) to match.

Submit another response#

Add a "Submit another response" block to give respondents a button that resets the form to the start so they can fill it in again — useful for kiosk-style or repeated entry. It needs no configuration beyond an optional visibility rule.

Email a copy#

The "Email a copy" block lets a respondent email themselves a copy of their answers. Its heading and subtext are edited on the canvas; in the property panel you can:

  • Pre-fill email from — pick one of the form's Email fields so the address is filled in from what they already answered.
  • Include edit link — add a link in the email that lets them come back and edit their response.

Redirect after submit#

Choose "Redirect" as the ending type and enter a Redirect URL. On submit, respondents are sent straight there instead of seeing a thank-you screen — so the End page's blocks aren't shown. The redirect is immediate; there's no thank-you delay.
