Partial submissions
Capture responses people start but don't finish — and nudge them to complete.
How it works#
When someone starts your form, an in-progress response is recorded. If they leave before submitting, it stays as a partial — so a half-finished lead isn't lost, and it feeds the drop-off analytics.
View partials#
On the Results page, switch to the Partial tab to see in-progress responses, including which page each respondent reached and any answers they'd entered so far.
Send them the link#
Open a partial response to reveal a share panel built for follow-up:
- Copy link — copy your form's public URL to paste anywhere.
- Share — open your device's native share sheet.
- Email link — send the form link straight to the respondent. If they already entered an email, it's filled in for you; otherwise type one.
The follow-up email is sent through your configured email setup. The respondent's address is auto-detected from any Email field they answered before dropping off.
