Embed

Drop your form into your own website with a copy-paste snippet — inline, as a popup, full screen, or a slide-in panel.

Embed modes#

On the form's Share page, the "Embed on your site" card offers four modes. Pick one and the snippet below updates instantly:

  • Standard — an inline iframe that sits directly in your page.
  • Popup — a trigger button that opens the form in a modal.
  • Full screen — a button that launches the form over the whole viewport.
  • Slider — a button that slides the form in from the left or right edge.

Configure the look#

Each mode has its own quick options, and the snippet reflects them live:

  • Standard — set the iframe width (percent or pixels), height, corner radius, and whether to show an outline.
  • Popup & Full screen — set the button label, background and text colors, and a rounded or pill shape.
  • Slider — set the trigger label, which side it slides from, the panel width, and the button color.

Copy & paste the code#

Click Copy to grab the generated snippet, then paste it into your site's HTML where you want the form (or the trigger button) to appear. Standard mode is a plain iframe; the popup, full screen, and slider modes include a small loader script that mounts the form when the button is clicked.

The embed code points at your form's live URL, so publish the form first — an embedded draft won't serve respondents.

Good to know#

The snippet works on any site or CMS that lets you paste raw HTML. Responses land in your form's Results just like they would from the public link, and any UTM parameters or conversion tracking you've set up still apply.
