QR code

Generate a QR code for your form so people can scan and open it instantly.

Where to find it#

The form's Share page has a QR code card. It's generated automatically from your form's public link, so as soon as the form has a URL the QR is ready to scan.

The QR encodes your live form link, so publish the form first — a QR for an unpublished form has nothing to open.

Share or download#

  • Share — opens your device's native share sheet. On mobile it sends the QR as an image (great for dropping into WhatsApp or a message), falling back to sharing the link.
  • Download — saves a high-resolution PNG named after your form, ready to drop into a design.

Print it anywhere#

Put the QR on a flyer, poster, name tag, table tent, business card, or a slide on screen — respondents point their camera at it and the form opens straight away. It's the fastest way to collect responses in person, at an event, or anywhere print meets the real world.

Because the QR points at your stable form link, the same printed code keeps working even after you edit and republish the form.
