Google Drive
Save respondents' uploaded files to Google Drive — one folder path per file-upload field.
How it works#
The Google Drive connector saves the files respondents upload straight into your Drive. You map each File Upload field in the form to a folder; every file submitted to that field is copied into the folder you chose. It's the natural companion to Google Sheets — the Sheet captures the text answers, Drive holds the actual files (resumes, ID photos, documents, signatures).

Connect Google Drive#
- Open your form's Integrations tab and choose Google Drive.
- Click Connect and sign in with the Google account whose Drive should receive the files.
- For each File Upload field, type the folder (or path) where its files should go — a sensible default is pre-filled.
- Save. New submissions now copy each field's files into its folder automatically.
Folder paths#
A folder can be a nested path — use a forward slash for subfolders, e.g. Applications/Resumes or Orders/2026/Receipts. Halloform creates the path in your Drive (or reuses it if it's already there) and drops the field's files into the last folder. Every field can point to a different path, so a form with several upload fields can fan its files out to separate locations.
Good to know#
- Halloform uses the narrow drive.file permission — it can only see and manage the folders and files it creates for you, never the rest of your Drive.
- Because of that, files land in folders Halloform makes (by the name/path you give); it can't drop them into a pre-existing folder you created by hand.
- You can revoke access at any time from your Google account's connected-apps settings.
