NPS score field
Net Promoter Score 0–10 — Detractors, Passives, Promoters colour bands.
What it does#
The NPS score field asks the canonical NPS question — "How likely are you to recommend us?" — on a 0–10 scale with the three colour bands every CX team recognises: Detractors (0–6), Passives (7–8), Promoters (9–10).
How NPS is computed#
NPS = % Promoters − % Detractors. The Results page shows the live NPS and the band breakdown so you can spot trends without exporting to a spreadsheet.
Settings#
- Required — must pick a value before submit.
- Custom labels — override "Detractors / Passives / Promoters" if your audience prefers other wording.
Related fields#
- Star rating — for satisfaction without the NPS framing.
