Checkboxes field
Multi-select list — pick any number of options from a fixed list.
What it does#
The Checkboxes field is multi-select: respondents pick zero, one, or many options. Submissions store the full set of picked option labels — easy to filter in the results table.
Settings#
- Required — must pick at least one to submit.
- Options — one per line in the property panel.
- Allow "Other" — adds a free-text option respondents can type into.
